World Medicine Trains the Doctors, Pharmacists, and Female Managers of Tomorrow

World Medicine aims to train the doctors, pharmacists, and female managers of tomorrow through a new project in collaboration with the Turkish Education Association (TED). In addition to its ongoing sustainability efforts, World Medicine implements social responsibility projects within the framework of gender and equal opportunity, creating an environment for more female employees to contribute to the Turkish economy.

At World Medicine, processes, future vision, and strategy are centered on equal opportunity and employee happiness. The company practices positive discrimination, prioritizing and fully supporting the development of women and school-age girls. In this context, World Medicine has signed a joint project with the Turkish Education Association (TED) with the goal of supporting successful, yet financially disadvantaged, girls studying science and math.

The program provides scholarship support to students who get into departments such as medicine, chemistry, biology, genetics, and pharmacy. Additionally, World Medicine aims to provide them with internship opportunities within the company and, upon graduation, potential job placements in suitable open positions. Through this initiative, World Medicine supports talented young women in achieving their career goals and future aspirations.
