World Medicine Is In ISO 500 List

According to the study entitled “ISO Turkiye’s 500 Largest Industry Organizations - 2020”, prepared by the Istanbul Chamber of Industry (İSO), World Medicine was ranked 390th. Sohrab Mammadov, the Vice Board Chairman of World Medicine, explained “We at World Medicine are delighted to be included in this list for the first time. We are improving by steadily increasing our production activity each year. Our aim is for Turkiye to the main production hub and for Turkiye to rank as the biggest exporter of pharmaceuticals.

World Medicine entered the list of “Turkiye’s 500 Largest Industry Organization” in 390th place. The list of Turkiye’s 500 largest organizations has been drawn up every year by Istanbul Chamber of Industry (İSO) since 1968 and constitutes the most valuable source of data for the sector.

Reflecting that World Medicine had been active in Turkiye since 2011, Sohrab Mammadov, the Vice Chairman of World Medicine, said “We pay attention to take our working and production activities and grow with each passing year. We are continuing our success and are taking firm steps towards our targets. In coming years, we aim to raise our position in the ISO 500 list, which we entered for the first time this year, and to continue our work which adds value to Turkiye.

Thanks to its successful export performance, World Medicine was ranked fifth in its sector this year with its entry into the ISO 500 list, displacing several pharmaceuticals and pharmaceutics companies which had been in the list in previous years.
