Worldwide Pharmaceutical Congress and Exhibition (CPHI) was held in the city of Frankfurt in Germany, which became the center of the pharmaceutical sector, between the dates of 1st – 3rd November. World Medicine, which has operated in Turkey since 2011, welcomed its visitors in the booth area with the area of 124 m2. Ruşen Kalender, Board Chairman of World Medicine, who was present in the International Pharmaceutical Exhibition, which brought the pharmaceutical manufacturers and distributors together, stated “We are working hard to export the pharmaceutical, which is produced by us in Turkey, to the world; and we are continuing our investments without pausing. Our biggest target is to become a company, which exports the most pharmaceutical in Turkey. We took part in this important organization, as we did every year, in line with our target.”
34 pharmaceutical companies from Turkey attended to CPHI Frankfurt 2022 Exhibition, to which 2.500 international pharmaceutical, machine and raw material manufacturers from 170 countries attended. Exhibition ended on 3rd November.
Ruşen Kalender, Board Chairman of World Medicine, who emphasized that they are speeding up their enterprises day by day in order to increase the number of the products, which are offered by them to the market in Turkey, as well as the countries, to which they export; stated “This is very valuable for us to become a reliable business partner and a leading company in all the countries and fields, in which we operate. We are consolidating our infrastructure for more pharmaceutical export; we are working hard to increase our pharmaceutical manufacturing capacity with our manufacturing plants, which have cutting-edge technology, to export the pharmaceutical, which is produced by us in Turkey, to the world. Accordingly, we faced with great interest in CPHI Frankfurt that we attend every year. We are proud of seeing the return of our investments and works.”
We are growing with our investments
Kalender, who said ‘We are raising our investments by building every year.’, stated “We are consolidating our infrastructure to increase the number of the countries, to which we export. With our factory in Tekirdag, Cerkezkoy, which is the flagship of our pharmaceutical manufacturing investments; we manufacture Liquid Sterile Forms, Lyophilized Sterile Forms, solid forms, semi-solid forms, Non-sterile Liquid Forms. Besides, we are continuing to invest to and grow our factories. We started to install and put the Cephalosporin (SEF) Manufacturing Plant into use. Finally, we also started our additional manufacturing plant, which we laid the foundation in the previous days with the investment of about 700 million TL. When our plant is completed, we will have a total closed area of 23.300 square meters.”
