It is our top priority to protect and improve the reputation perception of our organization, which carries the responsibility of healing the world and carrying it to a healthier future with the name ‘World Medicine’, in the eyes of all internal and external stakeholders.

We ensure that all communication activities are carried out in line with the vision, mission, strategy, values and corporate identity, taking into account the values they will add to World Medicine. We analyze the world and national agenda, developments in the sector and coordinate World Medicine’s communication activities accordingly.

As World Medicine our aim is to create and maintain an environment of trust and ethical behavior. Therefore, we always avoid misleading and false messages and creating false expectations.

We adopt a strategic communication management approach in promoting World Medicine’s corporate culture and corporate activities aimed at protecting human health, developing a culture of cooperation and solidarity for a healthier world in all areas, and carrying out information flow to our social stakeholders.

We observe the principles of fair, respectful, open and accurate communication in all communication channels, and we act with a planning that aligns the different disciplines of communication (PR, advertising, digital and social media management, etc.) in line with an umbrella strategy and related common goals.

In order to protect and improve World Medicine’s corporate reputation and manage it in accordance with its business objectives and social responsibilities, we keep communication channels open and provide accurate and precise information with promptness, courtesy, honesty and respect.

We carry out all our communication activities in accordance with the laws, especially the Constitution of the Republic of Türkiye, the legislation determined by the Ministry of Health of Türkiye and the sector-specific regulations we are affiliated with.

We conduct our work based on the principle of diversity and inclusion, without discrimination based on gender, religion, sect, race, marital status, political opinion, disability status, social class difference, philosophical belief and similar, visible or invisible reasons.

During international communication activities, we respect the local and cultural understandings of local communities.
